Alongside my work in communication and events, I have a deep passion for holistic well-being.

I believe in the power of combining creativity and productivity with stillness, movement, and recovery—a balance that fuels both energy and long-term wellness. With my training in yoga, mindfulness, and restorative practices, I lead classes, workshops, and retreats that nurture both body and mind.

My goal is to provide participants with tools to find balance, boost joy, and create sustainable routines that support both health and focus. This could be a single yoga session, an inspiring workshop, or a full retreat experience—always tailored to the needs and context.
